Our Sr. Management Team
Michele Gatti
President & CEO
As CEO, Michele is responsible for all major corporate decisions and has overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of Liberty Electric. With a proven track record of 20 years in industry management and business ownership, Michele efficiently manages all resources and functions and effectively communicates with our management team, as well as corporate operations. With a hands-on management approach, Michele is involved in all daily aspects, decisions, operations, and multiple projects at various stages. Her uncanny ability to develop high quality business strategies and relationships ensures their alignment and longevity with the company's short- and long-term objectives.
Matt Coles
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Matt's responsibilities include managing the operations' process, design, planning, control, strategy, and performance improvement. His strengths lie in organizing and overseeing daily operations, liaising with not only our principal management team, but also the customers to make significant decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. He is crucial at planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress and he is imperative in supervising our staff from all aspects and departments providing constructive feedback when needed. Matt achieved his Master Electrician License in 2016 and continued his education becoming one of our in-house Certified COMTrain instructors teaching Tower Safety, Rescue and Rigging. Matt is also our qualifier for our E-100 and our S-200, which covers both our General and Electrical Contractors License, respectively.
Colton Ostler
Sr. Project Manager
As Sr. Project Manager, Colton is directly responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of each project/build.. His expertise is imperative in the organization and motivation of our teams as well as his ability to analyze and manage our project risk. His attention to detail is not only effective in helping to control cost but also in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Guy Johansen
Director of Safety and Compliance
As Safety Director Guy is responsible for ensuring that Liberty Electric employees comply with safety programs as applicable. Guy is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing our employee safety. This includes ensuring that Liberty Electric is in compliance and adheres to Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) guidelines in order to reduce work-related injuries. Guy is additionally one of our in-house Certified COMTrain instructors and holds the added responsibility of teaching Tower Safety, Rescue and Rigging to keep us compliant in these areas as well.
Judi Gatti
Payroll Specialist
As Payroll Specialist Judi’s responsibilities include collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Judi has also unintentionally taken on the role of Enforcement Officer. She fosters a respectful and professional environment and requires that our crew represent the same.
Elizabeth Perry
Director of Financial Operations
As the Director of Financial Operations, Elizabeth is responsible for the company’s financial performance and solvency. She works to achieve this by accurately managing all accounting and financial control functions, providing strategic direction and oversight of front-end revenue, processes, and outcomes, while continuously working to build a financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business.
Allen Lewis
Systems Director
As Systems Director, AJ oversees the planning and engineering of our systems infrastructure. AJ is also key in coordinating, planning, and leading our technology-related activities and is instrumental in assessing the IT needs of the organization. He is also responsible for successfully implementing and upgrading our computer systems as needed. AJ has the added responsibility of ensuring the requirements of each project’s contracts are met through the construction and submission of our final deliverables.
